The conference provides a multidisciplinary platform for scholars, researchers, students, practitioners, and policymakers to discuss the role of social sciences and technology in addressing global challenges and promoting sustainability. Featuring keynote speakers from national and international institutions, ICSST 2025 covers topics such as digital transformation, public policy, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, ethics, and inclusive innovation. This proceeding is expected to serve as a valuable reference, foster academic collaboration, and encourage the ethical and sustainable application of knowledge and technology.
