<p><em>This study aims to analyze the dynamics of disorderly conduct by legal counsel during court proceedings and examine the ethical and professional responses of judges to such non-procedural behavior. Disruptions caused by legal counsel in the courtroom not only hinder the judicial process but also pose significant challenges for judges in maintaining the dignity and order of the proceedings. Using a qualitative approach through case studies within the religious court system, this research explores various forms of misconduct, judicial responses, and the extent to which the principles outlined in the Code of Ethics and Judicial Conduct (KEPPH) are practically implemented. Furthermore, a theoretical analysis of judicial professionalism and ethics is conducted to assess the alignment between normative ideals and actual courtroom practices. The findings indicate that misconduct by legal counsel manifests in various forms, ranging from breaches of decorum to non-procedural interruptions. Judicial responses vary depending on the severity of the misconduct and the individual character of each judge. This study concludes that the synergy between professionalism and judicial ethics is fundamental to maintaining the credibility of the judicial system. <p>The purpose of this study is to determine the extent to which the hello talk application helps users develop Arabic language skills, both in the aspects of listening, speaking, reading, or writing. And provide advice to Arabic language learners in utilizing this application optimally in order to improve their abilities, especially among the younger generation who are familiar with technology. The method used in this research is qualitative descriptive in which data is obtained using indirect interview techniques through research instruments in the form of guided interview questions to users of the hello talk application who are learning Arabic. And data analysis is done with several stages according to miles and Huberman. <p>Seeing the importance of work-life balance and job satisfaction for OCB in a company. This study aims to find out whether work-life balance and job satisfaction affect organizational citizenship behavior or not. The respondents in this study were 30 respondents who were employees of PT IGP Internasional Bantul. <p>This study examines the comparative philosophical foundations of education in Islamic and Western traditions by analyzing the thoughts of Ibn Sina (Avicenna) and Aristotle. Both philosophers share a profound concern for human perfection and intellectual development, yet they differ fundamentally in their epistemological orientations and ultimate goals. Aristotle’s philosophy emphasizes rational empiricism and the actualization of human potential through moral and intellectual virtue, whereas Ibn Sina integrates rational inquiry with spiritual transcendence grounded in Islamic metaphysics and the concept of tawhid (unity of God). The comparative analysis reveals that Islamic educational philosophy, as represented by Ibn Sina, is not merely an adaptation of Greek philosophy but a transformation of it—aligning reason with revelation to achieve holistic human development. This study also offers critical reflections on the relevance of both traditions in contemporary education, emphasizing the need for an integrative paradigm that unites intellectual, ethical, and spiritual dimensions. The findings contribute to a deeper understanding of how classical philosophical frameworks can inform modern educational thought, especially in bridging the gap between secular rationalism and spiritual humanism.</p>Azharida ChaniagoRestu Arya Saputri

<p>This study aims to examine the influence of leadership style and work stress on employee retention at Mulia Godean Convenience Store, Yogyakarta. The research investigates how leadership behavior and psychological pressure affect employees’ intention to remain with the organization. The study employs a quantitative research design using survey data collected from employees through a structured questionnaire. The validity and reliability of the instruments were tested using Pearson correlation and Cronbach’s Alpha. Multiple linear regression analysis was conducted to examine the simultaneous and partial effects of leadership style and work stress on employee retention. The results reveal that both leadership style and work stress significantly influence employee retention. Leadership style shows a positive and significant relationship with employee retention, indicating that effective leadership enhances employees’ willingness to stay. Conversely, work stress exhibits a negative and significant relationship with employee retention, suggesting that increased stress levels reduce employees’ desire to remain with the organization. The model explains 90.8% of the variance in employee retention, indicating strong explanatory power. The findings highlight the importance of developing supportive leadership practices and stress management strategies to maintain employee loyalty. Organizations should foster communication, provide recognition, and implement work-life balance programs to reduce stress and enhance retention. This study contributes to the existing literature by simultaneously analyzing leadership style and work stress as determinants of employee retention within the context of small-scale retail businesses in Indonesia, an area that remains underexplored in current HRM research.</p>Rischa Nur AnisaRisma RulianaSistalia PutriSugiarti SugiartiToufan Aldian Syah
